一、Product Introduction：

Product overview:
 TICZF no leakage fluorine lined magnetic self-priming pumps the application of modern magnetic mechanics principle, using permanent magnet magnetic drive to achieve torque without contact transmission, the mixed type axial backwater structure design is driven by the motor outer rotor (i.e., outside the magnet) rotation, through magnetic field lines across the isolation sleeve drives the inner rotor in the magnet) and impeller synchronous rotation, due to media enclosed in a static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping medium without leakage, pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute casing, a back orifice, gas-liquid separation chamber and other components. Self priming pump back to the drain pump volute to the stirring impeller pump start in the centrifugal force, the suction chamber in the remaining liquid and liquid inlet pipe of the air into the gas water mixture, the mixture into the gas-liquid separation chamber, with the velocity of slow, resulting in gas water separation, air from the liquid, the liquid back to the hole, after several cycles, a liquid inlet pipe of air in a row of the net, so that the pump to form a vacuum degree, to achieve self absorption effect, completely solve the mechanical transmission pump seal leakage, and the design of whole sealing, no leakage, no pollution, strong, resistant to strong acid, high efficiency and energy saving of the new industrial pump. Performance of the international standard, can replace the expensive stainless steel, special alloy materials, imported chemical pump.

1.TICZF no leakage fluorine lined magnetic self-priming pump with characteristics of high power, high head, full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, strong self-priming and strong anti-acid, which is designed voluntarily by ourselves according to international standards of IS02858／GB5662／DIN24256. Its technical index and performance has already reached domestic and international advanced level of similar products.
2. The whole pump body be sintered and pressed of cast-iron with fluorine lining (PTFE, FEP, PEA). The flowing-passed components like pump body, impeller, pump cover are entirely pressed and sintered of fluoroplastic (PTFE, FEP, PFA) covering metal insert.
3.New type permanent magnet with good magnetism, high temperature resistant and No demagnetization is selected.
4.Shaft sleeve, sleeve bearings be made of graphite and PTFE material with good characteristic of superior wear resistance and high temperature resistance, lubrication groove setting, which guarantee the pump’s working life.
5.Enclosed static seal completely solves the problem of dielectric leakage.The design of self-priming and gas-liquid mixture has strong function of self-priming, the height can reach 4 meters.
6.No need of independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.
7.No contact and no friction, change coupling transmission to synchronic pulling. Power consumption of small, high efficiency, and has a damping effect, reducing vibration on the pump motor and pump in the effects of cavitations vibration when the impact of the motor.

Applicable temperature：-20～120℃，can be up to 180℃ if using new type material.
The optional accessories：preventive idling running device. monitoring of temperature device, monitoring of leakage device.
